Delivery Information

• Delivery is available across the UK mainland and is included in the price of all products unless stated otherwise.

• Product Availability

  GrovnerOffice supplies ergonomic office chairs directly from trusted UK manufacturers and distributors. Most products are available within the delivery times shown on each product page. If a product is temporarily unavailable or there is an unexpected supplier delay, we will contact you promptly to provide an updated delivery estimate or offer a full refund if you prefer not to wait.

• Delivery times vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Most in-stock items are delivered within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order or customised products may require additional time, which will be shown on the relevant product page where applicable.
• Some items may take longer if they are made to order or require special configurations.
• Products are dispatched directly from our trusted UK manufacturers and distribution partners to provide efficient delivery. Where an order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard working hours.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
